JOB SUMMARY
Primary point of contact for guests throughout their visit. Ensure a positive guest experience by warmly welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with other departments and team members to organize a smooth and organized event. Actively monitor guest satisfaction to identify areas for improvement, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the look and feel of the entire Customer Visits Suites space. Assist in ensuring all guests' needs are met.
Welcome customers, Medline team members and sales leaders in an enthusiastic, poised and professional manner.
Greet and direct guests and division presenters to appropriate conference rooms when in Northfield.
Responsible for meeting suite set-up and tear down. Create and present table tents, welcome screens as part of meeting set-up.
Provide AV support before and during each meeting.
Print group photos and provide these to sales leaders at the end of each Customer Visits.
Provide thank you notes to sales leaders.
Ensure professional yet welcoming displays of food, snacks and beverages, continuous cleanliness of each suite with beautiful in-suite displays.
Ensure guests consistently have fresh, hot coffee and fresh treats beautifully arranged in their proper locations throughout the Suites space.
Responsible for catering orders, plating, serving, clean-up.
Confirm reservation details with restaurants, transportation, and hotel vendors. Submit for payment, record, and save invoices for tracking.
Order and track supplies as needed.
Work in close collaboration with the entire Customer Visits Team to support agenda changes with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Visits Team as time allows.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience At least 1 year in hospitality, customer service, or related experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Innate service excellence attitude and desire to create and sustain a service excellence culture. High level of patience, tact and diplomacy. Ability to maintain positive ongoing relationships. Strong attention to detail. Sense of urgency; comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize among many demands while meeting all deadlines. Record keeping and computational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft suite of applications and conference room technologies. Position requires ability to lift 30 pounds and to stand/walk around the facility for long periods of time.

Hospitality industry experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$20.25 - $28.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
