Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Salary: $15-$18.50
Schedule: 8 hours/day 5 days week

Duties:
• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance
• Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment
• Assists with preventative maintenance program
Qualifications:
• Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc.
• Experience with general up keep of commercial building

We are prioritizing a maintenance tech that can assist in electrical work, mechanical, and basic remodeling. This position is also responsible for operating the floor cleaning machine in the hallways.
