Home Care Office Assistant (Administrative)
Family Tree Home Care Services is seeking a Home Care Office Assistant to join our growing private duty home care.
The Home Care Office Assistant will be scheduled Full Time Monday through Friday, with an on call rotation.
The Family Tree Home Care office is located on the Campus of Anna Maria of Aurora in Aurora, OH.

The Home Care Office Assistant will:
- Coordinate with HR to schedule and interview prospective employees
- Coordinate with Executive Director to orient and train new employees
- Assist the Scheduling Coordinator with scheduling and caregiver management
- Assist with ensuring clock ins/clock outs are correct
- Assist with confirming bill/pay rates and mileage are correct
- Perform General Office duties including but not limited to answering phones, creating assessment folders, and maintaining client and caregiver folders
- On-call responsibilities include taking calls after hours and addressing any scheduling issues, client concerns, service inquiries, and emergencies
- Understand and adhere to FTHC policies and procedures
- Promote positive collaboration with colleagues, referral sources, and with all teams on The Campus of Anna Maria of Aurora
Preferred qualifications for the Home Care Office Assistant
- Home Health Care Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work as a team
- Computer skills
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
