Talent Acquisition Specialist (Administrative)

Position Responsibilities
Works closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers throughout the attraction, recruitment, selection and on- boarding processes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager on critical roles and offer sourcing support as needed and provide daily metric reports needed to report up to leadership.
Proactive in sourcing, identifying, and presenting qualified potential candidates from various channels to build a diverse and talented candidate pipeline.
Coordinate candidate interviews assisting Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating interviews and managing recruitment databases, ensuring a seamless interview process.
Proactively contribute to a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
Maintaining regular and strong communication with applicants, providing timely updates on their application status to create a positive candidate experience.
Prepare recruitment status reports and metrics for Talent Acquisition Manager on a weekly basis.
Assist with branding efforts with optimizing job descriptions and campaigns to attract top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs of the firm on niche searches.
Collaborate with HR Managers regarding opening new job requisitions, the job posting process and acquiring salary range details.
Manage phone and in-person interview processes including scheduling, testing and candidate communications.
Manage applicant flow within Workday.
Coordinate pre-hire and on-boarding steps with the HR Manager.
Strategically market the firm to a diverse pool of candidate.
Collaborates with hiring managers and drive the recruiting process.
Flexibility to travel to recruiting events as needed (campus, diversity and conferences).
Work on ad hoc projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in the A/E/C Industry preferred.
Minimum of two years of recruiting experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Experience working in a professional services industry.
Must be a team player and be flexible with managing multiple priorities.
Strong time management skills and flexibility to work on global searches with varying time zones.
Ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Strong professional presence, communication, organization and attention to detail required.
Must be organized and report metrics to Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
Comfortable with ambiguity and strong ability to take a lead with limited information.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
Proficient in Google Suite is highly preferred.
Experience and proficiency with Workday is highly desirable.

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $65,000 to $75,000.
