RFP Project Manager (Project Management)
Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the RFP / Proposal process within Medline's Corporate Sales division. This position will collaborate frequently with field sales leadership, corporate sales leadership, and other cross functional internal stakeholdersJob Description
Manage and lead Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Prepare all written responses associated with Request for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Compose and edit content including Business Proposals, RFP/RFI responses, executive summaries, financial proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders (managers, sales representatives, sales specialists, and divisional staff) involved in RFP process. Navigate aggressive timelines to ensure project completion.
Analyze and evaluate deal scenarios and contract terms. Strategize with Corporate Sales field leadership on business proposals and presentation assembly.
Maintain follow up communication for all submitted bids, including the maintenance of monthly RFP Tracking log detailing all prior and current RFP/Project submittals including Won/Loss/Pending metrics.
Plan and prepare business presentations, financial proposals, data analysis and ad hoc proposal / presentation material.
Facilitate proposal review, ensure edits are incorporate and manage final proposal submissions. Produce professional results that reflect Medline's brand.
Develop, maintain and expand Medline standard responses pertaining to customer questions (Web-Enabled Systems, Fill-Rate, Penalty Clauses, Costing Programs, Value-Added Portfolio, etc…) and presentation content.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to develop, create and maintain proposal requirements and ensure content repositories provide accurate and timely data.
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years experience sales analysis, marketing, business operations, product management or related area.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Works well with structured timelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with collaborating with senior and leadership within the organization.
Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.
Significant attention to detail.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
