Manufacturing Learning and Development Lead (Finance)
We are seeking a skilled learning professional topartner closely with our Supply Chain Operations team tolead onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs. As part of the Enterprise Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) team, this role assesses development needs, designs learning initiatives, and implements solutions to enhance performance. The Manufacturing Learning and Development Leadcollaborates with business leaders and HR to research, design, and implement effective interventions, shaping the growth of frontline employees and leaders. This role offers an opportunity to impactfrontlineworkforce capabilities in a dynamic organization.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week). Qualified internal candidates outside of Minneapolis may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership - Design and Implementation:
• Design, implement, and manage onboarding, learning, and leadership programs from inception to evaluationto align with business objectivesfor sustainable results.
• Adapt learning solutions to evolving workforce needs andbusinesschallenges.
• Consult on strategies supporting frontline employee development and retention.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor program effectivenessto ensure sustainability of programs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
• Align learning initiatives with company goals.
• Provide updates on learning program impact.
• Partner with HR and business leaders for enterprise-wide learning strategies.
Instructional Design:
• Lead curriculum design and development.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Use assessments and data to measure program impact and refine initiatives.
Learning Facilitation:
• Facilitate frontline learning sessions, activities and meetings.
• Ensure e-learning modules and training programs are up to date and relevant.
• Identify frontline training needs in collaboration with the Enterprise Learning teamand the business.
• Provide coaching and lead train-the-trainer sessions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field and 6 years of related experience or Master's degree and 4 years of related experience. Candidates without a degree and related/relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience managing the end-to-end curriculum process from design to evaluation
• Program management experience with proven ability to design, execute, and sustain learning programs.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrixed environment with ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing learning programs in production, manufacturing or frontline environments
• Expert-level facilitation and coaching skills
• Project management experience, including vendor oversight.
• Proficiency in developing assessment methods to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Ability to leverage research and data for insights and decision-making.
Hiring Range: $91,120- $136,680- In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
