Waltham Pest Services is looking for an Insulation Supervisor with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000! Responsibilities
The Insulation Supervisor will supervise the daily work of a team responsible for Site prep and safety compliance. Removal, disposal and installation of insulation products including, baffles, damming of HVAC equipment & chimneys, recessed lighting, etc.
The successful candidate will also be working in the pest control arena during down times.
You will also be recognizing areas that could use our services and selling them to prospective customers. Those sales can help bolster your already competitive annual salary in a way that is fully in your hands. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
- Weekend availability

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of SUPERVISORY or management of direct and indirect reports in a service-based industry (i.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care or construction)/ Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals who are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations including climbing ladders, bending, crawling, lifting, and carrying the necessary items throughout the day. You also need to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
