Role Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for the Chief Brands Officer and the US Brands Leadership team
o Support calendar and coordinate meeting logistics (Team Meetings/Events, individual meetings)
o Assist with coordination of travel arrangements & expense reporting
o Manage budget and PR/PO process for the team, which will require a deep understanding of programs and spend
• Maintenance of mailing & distribution lists; mailing lists (general, event, holiday), involving verifying information, creating letters, setting up merge, printing labels, follow-up and resolving discrepancies, etc.
• Act as the main contact for IT issues and general operational issues, including: update and maintain mailing lists, PTO records
• Manage wireless device system and order accessories for department personnel
• Coordinate talent acquisition (interviews, travel, meetings, timing, liaison with HR, expense reconciliation)
• Key point person to provide navigation training for general system onboarding
• Assist with creative initiatives and exude a strong aptitude for deft project management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with RTD, Sales and Marketing team members and broader US Commercial business units' team members
• Assist broader team with administrative duties, as requested
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of administration/coordination experience
• Highly skilled in written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Utmost discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment
• Ability to skillfully manage multiple projects/heavy workloads
• Demonstrates self-assurance and confidence
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $85-90k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
