We are seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to be based in Dallas TX supporting our Utility Power Division. In this role you will be responsible for achieving pipeline and bookings results, lead a team of sales professionals, assist in generating new business opportunities and maintain strong working relationships with key customers.

Strong negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to make business decisions that align with company objectives.
Proven ability to gather and synthesize market data to identify competitive and effective business opportunities.
Solid technical understanding of mechanical or electrical product offerings along with familiarity with local market, customers, and competitors.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM Systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience with 6+ years of experience in developing business opportunities preferably in the electric utility industry
Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing OR Utility Power Sales
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity. (will be managing a team of 3-4).
Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
