Facility Sanitation - 2nd Shift (Finance)

Job Overview
The Sanitation worker is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse. Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures manual.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm
Pay: $26.90
Duties
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping practices in all areas of the warehouse
o Includes keeping slots clean and clear of debris in area (yard and warehouse)
• Transports trash and waste to tilt truck and disposal area
• Follow all company rules and regulations
• Work in a team environment
• Must wear approved safety shoes
Qualifications
• Previous sanitation experience
• Previous experience in warehouse/distribution center
• Ability to read, speak, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Good judgement is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervisor may not be immediately available
Physical Environment
• Perform work in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 55 degrees Fahrenheit
• Perform work in a non-refrigerated warehouse with temperatures that range from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit
• Incumbent may use calculators, computers, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds easily throughout shift
• Must be able to twist/turn, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis, use repetitive motions using upper and lower extremities, mount and dismount equipment on a continual basis
• Must be able to work shifts as assigned such as weekends, holidays and mandatory overtime
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and/or other misc. equipment
• Stooping, squatting, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, lifting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
