Role:
The Network Engineer will perform a broad range of implementation and technical project management duties on a team of engineers active in both sustaining and growing the Crown Castle Fiber Network. The individual will be well versed in IP/Ethernet architectural discipline, and have a strong understanding of SD-WAN design concepts. He/she will work as a member of a Managed Solutions team to complete major initiatives that are customer facing. The individual will demonstrate a willingness to grow their skill set and take on new challenges.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders and may require up to 10% travel.
Additional Information: The salary range offered for this position is $97,400 - $133,900 per year. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
