💪 What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence
- Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families to deliver patient-centered care
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and therapeutic techniques
💼 What We're Looking For:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
💰 Pay Range: $60-$70/hr, based on experience
