Project Manager (FRCNCA) (Personal Services)
The mission of the Family Resource Centers Network of CA (FRCNCA) is to support individuals and families of children with disabilities, special healthcare needs, and those at risk by ensuring the continuance, expansion, promotion and quality of family-centered, parent-directed, Family Resource Centers (FRCs). The FRCNCA is a 30-year-old membership organization of Family Resource Centers who are all or in part funded as an Early Start FRC. FRCNCA is a sponsored program of Heluna Health. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
The Project Manager will manage the contracts, administrative and fiscal activities of new and existing FRCNCA programs and oversee deliverables of the various projects designed to connect families of children with disabilities to resources and support. The Project Manager duties will include activities such as the establishment of new projects or contracts (including subcontracts with vendors), monitoring to ensure internal and subcontracted project deliverables, ensures development and implementation of budget activities, ensures accurate and timely accounts payable and receivable activities payment, serves as a team leader for the data and outcome reporting functions of projects.
This position requires excellent project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. A successful candidate will need to feel comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders within a complex and fast-moving system. The Project Manager should understand the context of assignments and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. This is a leadership position within the organization which uses a servant leadership and community learning approach to support organizations and the families they serve.
This is a full-time, benefitted and exempt position.
The position is in Los Angeles County, in the City of Industry. Some travel to other sites for training and meetings is required.

The pay rate for this position is $40.00 per hour
