What you will do
Join our dynamic team as a UX Designer, where you will be at the forefront of crafting captivating digital experiences that truly resonate with users! Dive deep into understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to create intuitive and engaging journeys. Collaborate with talented cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge user interfaces, interactions, and workflows that not only enhance usability but also elevate user satisfaction to new heights. From wireframing and prototyping to user testing and iteration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience. What you can expect
Create and iterate wireframes and prototypes to convey design concepts and incorporate feedback.
Provide directions to agile development team on UX designs / style and brand guidelines.
Attend team stand ups to support development process including UX reviews of development
Providing UX coaching advocacy and promotion of best practices to the business on the marketing digital experience.
Participant in and support journey and UX workshops with the business.
Stay on top of evolving best practices, new tools and technology and design trends and communicate these findings to stakeholders.
Define information architecture and navigation experiences to route users to their desired actions.
Conduct A/B and usability testing to modify journeys and designs based on performance of data.
Put forward new cases for designs improvements with marketing and product managers.
Collaborate with developers to bridge the design-to-code handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and usability consistency.
Documentation of UX style guides, design decisions and specifications where necessary.
Advocate for inclusive and accessible design, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines and industry best practices.
Work in a cross functional environment with stakeholders and other client experience resources.
Support agile teams for UX designs and technical specs including best practices between Figma platform and AEM Experience platform.
What you will bring
4+ years of experience working with user-centered design principles on a variety of digital experiences.
Experience in Financial Services or other regulated B2B business a plus.
Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools including but not limited to Figma to create mockups and prototypes. Experience in creating and refining client journeys.
Strong understanding of information architecture and ability to structure content and navigation leads users to their desired actions.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout.
Track record of creating visually appealing, cohesive design experiences that advocate for the best interests of the user and meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
Cross-functional collaboration with development and analytics teams, content strategists and stakeholders.
Passion to learn the asset management business and how digital can be a part of driving business outcomes.
Strong ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, using research and data to support UX recommendations.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and a strong commitment to designing inclusive experiences.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $110,000 to $120,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
