#LI-DNIIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for the fabrication facility at the Port of Catoosa through the following tasks and responsibilities:You
will develop HSE fabrication procedures and work instructions, ensuring
they remain updated in compliance with ISO Standards, OSHA Regulations,
EPA Requirements, and OHSA RequirementsYou also
will create programs aimed at implementing and improving HSE performanceFurther,
you will develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures in alignment
with IMS and LE HSE minimum requirementsYou
will design and deliver Health, Safety, and Environmental training
modules, such as First Aid/CPR and other specialized sessionsYou
will provide coordination and supervision of Safety, Health, and
Environmental activities across all Fabrication operationsYou
will maintain applications and tools for recording and reporting
department metrics, updating them as neededAdditionally,
you will manage records of employee and subcontractor safety violations,
including documentation of any disciplinary actions taken by supervisors
and managementIn
this role, you will monitor and ensure environmental regulatory reporting
and permits are kept current while tracking CR360 information for the
manufacturing site and filing annual reportsYou
will maintain up-to-date documentation for required industrial hygiene
tests to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA
standards in this roleConducting
New Employee Orientation training to ensure all personnel are properly
onboarded with HSE expectations is part of your roleAlso, you
will advocate for and implement all aspects of an Incident and Injury-Free
workplace, in alignment with corporate strategic objectives and policiesYou
will support corporate HSE initiatives and overhead projects, including
the implementation of the BeSafe behavior-based safety program and Life
Saving Rules of SafetyYou
will ensure all HSE incidents at the manufacturing site are recorded in
the LiDap reporting tool, follow up on corrective and preventive actions,
and maintain OSHA reporting filesYou
will audit the manufacturing site for compliance with HSE/IMS/ISO
14001/ISO 45001 standards, track findings, and follow up where necessaryAdditionally,
you will facilitate the risk assessment program, evaluate hazardous
working conditions, and recommend appropriate controls for manufacturing
operationsYou
will conduct walk-through audits of fabrication and construction
activities, including activities of LCA subcontractors when required, with
a focus on eliminating unsafe acts, conditions, practices, and equipmentYou
will participate in the evaluation and closure of Worker's Compensation
cases, coordinating claims with insurance companies as necessaryYou
will learn and adhere to the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct,
demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all
communications, actions, and decisions
