Sr. Associate, Project Management - Home Cleaning (Finance)
As the Senior Associate, Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of multiple projects, ranging from simple to moderately complex. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and ideation through development and commercialization, adhering to SCJ's End-to-End (E2E) process.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Lead and manage project teams, inspiring and motivating them through each stage to ensure clarity and execution of deliverables.
Define and communicate success criteria, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Foster collaboration and innovation, leveraging your expertise to navigate challenges and drive project success.
Monitor and report on project progress, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and achieve strategic goals.
Your leadership and strategic vision will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
