Job Description We have immediate employment available for a nationwide Industrial Maintenance Technician! ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking a motivated and goal oriented candidate for our nationwide Industrial Maintenance Technician vacancy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience on automated machinery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Repairing critical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance ? Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with managers, production staff and customers. ? Repair of production equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex automated machinery, performing both electrical and mechanical work ? Must be able to troubleshoot pneumatic Electrical, Mechanical and controls ? Acquiring new electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulics knowledge, so we stay current on technology ? Other duties as assigned by Management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Repairing critical equipment.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Performing both electrical and mechanical work.
• Must be able to troubleshoot pneumatic Electrical, Mechanical, and controls.
• Acquiring new electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics knowledge, so we stay current on technology.
Qualifications:
• Experience in an aviation environment with direct and specific experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment including baggage conveyor systems.
• Certified welder with certification 3G or higher.
• Familiar with the use of hand and power tools and be skilled in light metal working and fabrication, including the use of welding and cutting tools, oxygen acetylene torch, metal inert gas (MIG) and/or tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding.
• experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical systems, including direct experience performing general mechanical repairs such as replacing bearings, gearboxes, drive belts, sheaves, chains, sprockets, pulleys and shafts, conveyors belts and belts lacings, etc.
Standard qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
