We are searching for a motivated & experienced Sales Analyst. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals. Provides services to the sales department and customers by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as a normal practice. Answers questions for the sales department and provides the requested information.Reads correspondence from customers to determine their needs.Prepares reports for presentations to management.Prepares charts and graphs for presentations to management.Coordinates major food show ordering and logistics.Attends major food shows to ensure proper set-up and execution.Assist Accounts Receivable in determining validity of customer deductions.Develop and prepare the case sales plan, dollar sales plan, track and monitor sales plans by week, month, quarter, and year.Calculates and validates customer rebate amounts based on movement reports.Validates customer RA request based on Customer Program.Prepares calculations to determine correct commission amounts based on customer purchases.Maintains Europastry Profit & Loss Statements based on information gathered from Human Resources, Production, and Purchasing.Prepares customized reports for Sales Department based on individualized requests.Prepares reports including sales dollars and case movements to include only a Salesmans customers, a particular region, grouping of stores, or a brokers customers.Furnishes brokers with requested information to help facilitate management of business.Prepares profitability reports to sales department on quarterly basis to help drive profits.Requests movement reports from customers to better understand the direction of sales for particular customer.Maintains spreadsheets that track movement of cases, sales dollars and rebate dollars based on movement reports provided by both C&S and Supervalu.Uses new reporting capabilities of THEOS to generate sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to salesmen and management to showcase movement as well as sales dollars.Develop and maintain complex database that produces customized reports based on needs of both Sales Department and management.Prepares Independent Sales Agency agreements for all new brokers as well as modifying current agreements to keep a current listing of all Sales Agencys responsibilities.Develops enhanced commission statements to allow for easier interpretation of reports. In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for: Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations and all lock-out/tag-out requirements according to OSHA requirements.
