About this Position
T. Rowe Price has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Executive Coach and Facilitator to join its Leadership Development Team. The Senior Manager, Executive Coach and Facilitator is critical in designing, executing, and communicating enterprise leadership and talent development strategies. This role will be based in Owings Mills, MD with travel to the Baltimore office based on business needs.
Role Summary
The role focuses on executive coaching and delivering senior-level leadership development experiences through a blended delivery model. This position includes facilitating content via collaborative learning spaces such as the classroom, online (virtual), and remote opportunities. It also supports leadership experience design and development initiatives. The role applies adult-learning principles to ensure effective training sessions while demonstrating expertise and knowledge transfer of executive topics (Leadership, Coaching, Purpose, etc.). The position collaborates with business leaders and HR partners across the business to identify and solve learning needs. Responsibilities
Lead learning experiences that are highly unstructured and requires considerable facilitation skills.
Coach senior-level clients to achieve their career and leadership goals.
Organize and facilitate specialized training, in various settings, for executive-level or professional employees.
Retain clients by understanding their needs, helping them craft a plan, and working with them over time to execute it.
Professionally manage a roster of clients, including following up with call notes and nudging them when they need an extra push.
Demonstrate expertise in classroom instruction and facilitate with an adult-learning focus. Participate in needs assessment and program development processes.
Incumbents may be required to complete program or industry certifications.
Apply in-depth and specialized expertise and significant breadth of expertise in the leadership professional discipline and other related disciplines. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
Leads teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Mentors less experienced teammates to build their technical expertise.
Interface with leadership and career development colleagues, clients, and Human Resources to understand the learning needs and objectives of the client.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
8+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated deeply specialized and broad knowledge within the leadership, human resources, and talent development (or related) discipline.
Leadership coaching: including team performance management, communication strategies, conflict management strategies, leadership development, prioritization and goal setting, personal accountability, stress management, etc.
Preferred:
Master's Degree and 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management/development, or performance management disciplines.
Proven track record as an engaging, inclusive, inspirational leader with capabilities to manage performance and empower a diverse team while leading with vision and purpose.
Experience working in the financial services industry.
Coaching certification from an ICF or CCE-accredited organization. Bonus: 100+ hours of leadership coaching time in the last two years.
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective.
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$108,000.00 - $184,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$119,000.00 - $203,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$135,000.00 - $230,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
