Manager Sales Operations - Sales Enablement Team (Sales)
Job Summary
Responsible for the development and leadership of strategic plans and tactical solutions within the scope of sales operations. This includes diving deep into the data and using analytics, insights, and testing to uncover areas of opportunity to simplify, enhance, or optimize the experience within sales operations. Oversee the continuous improvement of sales operations and will have the opportunity to lead or contribute to initiatives that deliver an excellent customer experience and portfolio profitability. Responsibilities
Leads an analyst team in operational service delivery to Non-Acute sales team. This includes leading and developing employees.
Provides analyst team with strategic direction, guidance, and support, ensuring accountability for meeting or exceeding operational objectives and priorities. Including, but not limited to, pricing and reporting accuracy.
Owns the creation, implementation, and management of Non-Acute sales operations' processes, and procedures, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Implements structure to ensure a high delivery service standards by automating, centralizing, eliminating, and streamlining processes and procedures.
Measures and monitors operational activities and performance using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Considers the costs and benefits of potential strategies, tactics, and process improvements, and chooses the most appropriate ones.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, ask appropriate questions, quickly understand escalated inquiries, document and resolve unique/ complex issues, often with incomplete information required.
Ability to synthesize historic and projected results, external bench-marking and internal insights to provide a balance view of channel performance.
Collaborates with internal business partners to identify and resolve conflicts, ensuring the sales team has a positive experience with the sales operations team.
Develops creative solutions to simplify operations while prioritizing multiple initiatives requiring the same resources.
Enable and promote two-way communication, regular feedback loops, and overall collaboration between sales and sales support.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis or related area.
Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
Additional:
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience collaborating with (internal resources, external resources, both) to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and external parties-- EVPS, VPS, senior leaders, industry groups, and 3rd party consultants.
Advanced critical thinking that blends observation, data, and fact-based insight with intuition and foresight.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Produces high-quality deliverables with minimal preparation time or secondary review.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
Passion for leading, coaching, educating, and instructing others.

Relevant Work Experience:
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
