Director, Human Resources Business Partner SCJP North America (Finance)

The Director, HR Business Partner will lead human resources initiatives across North America (US and Canada) for SCJ Professional. This role will drive the talent agenda, fostering an engaging environment that attracts, retains, and energizes our talent. The Director will partner with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the HR Delivery Center (HRDC) to define and implement regional HR strategies to drive business growth. SCJ Professional has undergone exciting internal transformations following its integration with SCJ. This role will be responsible for solidifying HR processes implemented over the past few years.
*This role is located onsite in Charlotte, NC.
