Your Mission
The ABK Workplace Organization is part of Activision's CAO Organization and is responsible for delivering excellence through safe, cost-effective real estate strategies and services. With a portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. across the globe, Activision's workplace is a critical component to delivering on the company's strategic goals while serving as a destination for employee collaboration and productivity.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead the development of employee experience programs that support our collaborative and diverse culture. This role is responsible for curating and managing purpose-driven workplace experiences across various project types, including client-facing, non-client-facing, and global in-house center locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elevating the employee's experience through strategic management of services, amenities, and programs that cater to both resident and hybrid workforces. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will design and implement hospitality-focused initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
This role will be onsite, with possible travel required to assess and optimize program success across locations.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,960.00 - $207,270.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
