RJM has an opening for a Project Coordinator (PC). If you enjoy supporting the construction process and like to be part of a team from ground up to opening day, this may be the role for you! As Project Coordinator, you will administer and facilitate construction project processes and technology systems. This role offers a clear path to career progression into PC and other roles within the Company.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Education:
High school diploma
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, not required. Previous experience may be substituted for degree.
Work Experience:
1-3 years of previous work experience in an administrative role providing support to multiple people.
Previous work experience in project management and in the construction industry preferred, not required.
Demonstrated Technical Competencies to include:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Applications
Experience in Bluebeam Revu is preferred
Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint One and Procore experience desirable, not required
Demonstrated Professional Competencies to include:
Self-motivated and have the ability to use sound judgment, independent thinking, and ability to make decisions
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines. Ability to prioritize and manage projects and people, while remaining flexible.
Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with co-workers, contractors, vendors and material suppliers.
Aptitude for continued learning and growth.
Working knowledge of the interaction between project management/coordinator tasks and other departments and has the ability to troubleshoot issues when they arise.
Pay Range: $24.15/hr - $32.45/hr. The base rate may vary within anticipated range based on factors such as the location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include travel pay, car allowance, and/or a bonus and incentive program.
