Kleinfelder offers co-op positions in many fields and is committed to helping co-op students succeed. You will have the ability to give back to your community and work on significant projects.
The co-op position will last 6 months and start on or around July 1, 2025. The ideal Water Resources Engineering co-op will contribute to our team-oriented environment by providing engineering planning, design, and construction administration services on a variety of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing Water and Sewer Plans and Details
- Performing Hydraulic Calculations and Modeling
- Preparing Contract Drawings and Specifications
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance
- Writing Technical Reports
- Creating Figures and Maps
- Collecting Data and Performing Field Investigations
- Supporting Bidding and Construction Administration Services
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS is a plus.
