Work with our vendor partner MetLife on a variety of items with the goal of coding and paying associates quickly and accurately.
Test enhancements related to the programming within applications that are used in the leave process.
Create and enhance existing processes and procedures related to the leave of absence process.
Monitor weekly leave of absence process, including checking audit reports.
Train new team members as well as on-going training in the department.
Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
