Corporate Trainer (Finance)

The Corporate Trainer is an integral role that will analyze needs, design, develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate professional training and development programs for the workforce. The Trainer will support the development of an expansive curriculum that creates growth and development opportunities that align with organizational goals. In addition, the position will provide internal consultancy to the organization, individual managers and employees to raise the performance and results capabilities of the workforce while reinforcing a learning culture. This role reports directly to the Training & Development Director and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders across the company.

Certification in instructional design is a plus.
