Role description:
Arcadis is actively seeking an experienced Midwest Water Reuse Lead to join our Resilience Water team in the United States. This hybrid role can be based in any of our US locations.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the scope and impact of water reuse projects nationwide. Your leadership will be essential in guiding teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to new and existing clients across the Resilience Water Global Business Area. You will play a key role in fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable water reuse practices to enhance the resilience of water systems across the country.
Role accountabilities:
As the Water Reuse Practice Leader, you will serve as the foremost expert on water reuse trends, benchmarks, economics, and legislative or regulatory matters. Your role will center on driving market growth, fostering talent development, and delivering high-quality solutions that highlight our technical expertise and set us apart from competitors. This position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive national strategy for water reuse, complete with specific goals, objectives, and key performance indicators. You will guide the planning, design, and execution of water reuse projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while actively seeking and cultivating new business opportunities in the sector by building strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Providing technical leadership to project teams will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring adherence to best practices and incorporating the latest advancements in water reuse. Additionally, you will focus on building lasting client relationships to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Mentorship will also play a vital role, as you will guide and develop a team of water reuse professionals, fostering growth and providing support. As a representative of the organization, you will share insights at industry events, conferences, and through publications, contributing to the advancement of water reuse practices. Finally, you will stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring all projects comply with applicable requirements while upholding the organization's reputation for excellence.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,944 - $161,405. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
