Coding Specialist II (Healthcare)

This position allows the flexibility to work remotely within the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Colorado.
What Youll Do:
Review medical record documentation and assign accurate diagnostic, procedure, and level of service codes for hospital, ancillary, outpatient, and professional fee accounts.Audit medical charts to ensure compliance with federal coding regulations and guidelines.Conduct second-level reviews of assigned codes to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.Maintain ethical and precise coding practices in line with AHIMAs Standard of Ethical Coding and regulatory requirements.
