US Senior Tax Manager (Project Management)

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Tax Manager is a key member of the Nabors Tax Department - focused on helping Nabors succeed and grow.  The position is a highly visible one responsible for managing the quarterly and annual U.S. tax provisions and worldwide consolidation processes (ASC 740), including reporting, controls and assisting auditors; as well as overseeing U.S. and state income tax compliance, ensuring that all activities are properly reported to taxing authorities, consulting with internal clients and assisting with federal/state audits.
