Rate of Pay: $ 181,556 - $ 186,000

Job Duties: Work collaboratively with strategic internal/external partners, cross-functional teams, and regional leaders across the business and technology to oversee and manage global payroll operations. Primarily responsible for the technical and logistical separation of ADP (Payroll SaaS solution) and related integrations with longer-term accountability for stabilization and optimization of the platform and product area. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, implement system enhancements, and provide technical expertise to streamline payroll operations. Manage day-to-day systems operations including personnel, financials, and services within area of responsibility. Lead, influence, and negotiate to achieve business strategies and deliver results for internal/external partner(s). Follow quality processes and procedures; execute and evaluate department policy. Analyze business processes for reengineering opportunities. Contribute to Human Resources-related processes such as succession planning, talent management, compensation planning, and performance management.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Human Resources, or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Global Payroll Time & Attendance Tech PO-related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept 2 years of employment experience in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.
