HRIS Administrator- Central Processing Corp. (Information Technology)
We are seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our team at Central Processing Corp., located in Oconomowoc, WI.

Job Duties:
Maintain and create reports within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested to support departmental needs. Conduct comprehensive audits across various HR processes to ensure data integrity and compliance. Actively contribute to and support the improvement of HR systems and business processes. Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, focusing on setup, updates, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Manage user accounts and security settings, ensuring proper access and functionality. Oversee and process benefit-related invoicing efficiently and accurately. Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance system performance and usability. Occasional travel is required.

Experience & Qualifications:
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Data Analytics is preferred. Equivalent experience or at least 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR systems management, or related field. Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and prior experience with report writing. Proven ability to work with confidential information while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
