Job Duties
Manages the full recruitment cycle, which may include workforce planning, intake meetings, sourcing, screening and presentation of candidates, and communication throughout the process with candidates from applicant to hirePerforms searches for qualified candidates using online databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals to proactively build candidate pipelinesQuickly follows up on inquiries/leads from social media, email, careers chatbot, etc.Coordinates the use of staffing agencies when needed, communicating staffing needs and expectationsMaintains job postings via applicant tracking system and job posting sitesWorks closely with internal marketing team to develop and recommend impactful recruitment advertising, social media, and candidate materialsUnderstands local job market for locations the role recruits forAssists in routine wage analysis to ensure company-wide internal pay equity and competitivenessConsistently reviews reporting metrics, presents findings, and provides recommendationsDevelops and implements creative strategies to attract and retain active and passive candidates, including community/school outreach, career fairs, sourcing/lead generation, etc.Develops relationships with community resources and local schools to positively represent employment brand and source hourly manufacturing pipelineLearns, maintains, compiles reports, and looks for efficiencies within the current ATSWorks with Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Manager to troubleshoot challenges, establish position KPIs and strategize future needs and improvementsEnsures all recruiting processes are in compliance with AAP and EEO requirementsCollaborates with hiring managers to establish a recruiting strategy for current and upcoming positionsPerforms other job-related duties requiring the same general knowledge, skills and degree of responsibility commensurate with assigned level

Experience & Qualifications:
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field2 5 years of Human Resources/recruiting experienceExperience in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting and sourcing effortsExperience recruiting across multiple locationsDemonstrated professionalism with a strong customer service orientationStrong ability in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to work well with cross functional teamsAbility to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentUnderstanding of fair employment practicesExcellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholdersAbility to meet deadlines under pressure
Travel
Ability to travel up to 60% to recruit locally and regionally.
