High School Teller - North (Administrative)
What You'll Do:
A High School Teller is responsible for accurately handling a variety of member transactions while delivering professional and courteous service to foster and maintain strong member relationships. Responsible for staying knowledgeable about Royal Credit Union's products, services, procedures, and regulations related to teller functions. Develop, promote, and implement monthly branch promotions while using Royal's NHS social media to enhance financial literacy and market the school branch. Conduct financial education presentations, with guidance from the Financial Education Supervisor.

Work Schedule and Training:
This part-time role requires working approximately 10-12 hours per week during the school year, with summer hours increasing to 20-25 hours per week. All high school tellers will be assigned to a Royal Credit Union branch. During the school year, the high school teller will work at the NHS branch during lunch periods on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as 2-3 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month at their assigned RCU branch. Summer hours will be solely at their assigned branch and will vary. Scheduling will be flexible to accommodate school activities.
