We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Focus Factory Manager to lead in our Mt. Hope Ohio plant. This position reports directly to the Plant Leader. The Focus Factory Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the achievement of high levels of performance across all aspects of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, skilled in motivating, challenging, and stretching employee resources to achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a technical, supply chain-related field is required.
7+ years of exp. in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar high-volume production environment; 5+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
Proven experience managing hourly employees and leading a team of supervisors.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma processes, and standard work practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, improve operational efficiency, and enhance product quality.
