CAD Review Specialist (Administrative)



Company Summary:

Front Range Stone has been in business for 20 years. Front Range Stone serves the entire state while being one of Colorado's largest, most established custom countertop, and commercial surface fabricators. We offer a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.

CAD Review Specialist Essential Functions:

  • Work with Automation programs to create drawings as requested.
  • Review design information, site plans, and manuals to determine critical dimensions of design.
  • Confer with design staff to determine design requirements, modifications, and issues.
  • Coordinate with other team members to accomplish required tasks
  • Perform calculations to produce design information necessary to create Contract, Fabrication drawings, and Bill of Material.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain project drawing files, drawing library, and associated records and documentation per company policies
  • Assist on interpreting shop drawings
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management

CAD Review Specialist Experience:

High School or GED
Experience in countertop industry preferable in installation
Experience in AUTOCAD preferred

CAD Review Specialist Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of installation of counter-tops
  • Ability to communicate with Project Coordinators to ensure accuracy of project scope.
  • Ability to work well in a Team Environment

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Purchasing Administrator Job Type:

Full time

Great schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm (subject to change)

Project Coordinator Pay:

$19.00-$23.00 per hour
