We're seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Korn Ferry Architect product who willdrive the development and growth of our innovative SaaS based application used by organizations globally to design roles and organizational structures.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Korn Ferry Architect application. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, developers, designers, and other product managers to deliver products that meet the needs of our diverse and demanding markets.
You will also be involved in researching customer needs, validating product ideas, prioritizing features, writing user stories, testing prototypes, launching products, and measuring outcomes. You will be the voice of the customer and the champion of the product within the organization.
You'll partner with commercial teams, solution consultants, external vendors, product managers, data science, data engineers, architects, and engineers to contribute to the overall success of the team's roadmap and initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Director, Product Management for Organization Strategy.
