Deposit Relationship Officer (Administrative)
Responsibilities
Serve as a client advocate and primary relationship manager for deposit solutions across business and consumer segments.Collaborate cross-functionally with Lending, Operations, Digital Banking, and Marketing to deliver integrated customer experiences and promote deposit-related products.Develop and execute client acquisition strategies, targeting low-cost deposit growth in alignment with Ponce 2.0 goals.Embrace and promote digital tools such as GPS, CREW, and Ponce+Direct to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Engage in community outreach to support the Banks mission of being of the community, in the community, and for the community.
Essential Functions
Identify client needs and recommend tailored deposit solutions that align with their financial goals.Leverage internal platforms and analytics to monitor deposit activity and customer trends, using data to inform strategy.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures during deposit account activities (e.g., account openings, closings, and maintenance).Actively participate in cross-functional working groups that enhance collaboration between Retail, Operations, and Technology teams.Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to contribute to the development of new deposit products.
Performance Goals
Acquire a defined number of new deposit clients per quarter through strategic outreach.Grow deposit balances quarterly, emphasizing core and low-cost deposit products.Achieve a client retention rate above the benchmark through proactive service and personalized relationship management.Increase digital onboarding of clients to online and mobile banking platforms.Contribute insights to quarterly strategy reviews and continuous improvement meetings.
Mandatory Training Curricula

Skills
Clearly communicates in English and Spanish is helpful;

thorough knowledge of current banking regulations;

Physical Demands
