L&D Administrator (Finance)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning systems including but not limited to:
Qualifications & Skills:
· Strong interest in learning and development and training.
· Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
· Willingness to learn new technologies (LMS, e-learning tools, etc.).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
· Advanced M365 application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Strong technical writing skills, including proofreading/editing and quality assurance.
· Must be willing and able to travel for various programs to different bank locations. Usually 2- 4 times a year
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
· Tech savvy to learn different systems and communication methods
Preferred Education, Experience, & Licenses:
· 2 to 3 years in a training role with a focus on developing blended learning programs for adult learners.
· Experience using authoring tools such as Vyond, Articulate, and Canva
· Experience using or administering a Learning Management System (LMS); Saba Cloud experience preferred.
· Must be willing and able to travel for various programs to different bank locations. Usually 2- 4 times a year
· Tech savvy to learn different systems and communication methods
