Medline is looking for an End-User Computing (EUC) Admin Associate for the Branch Operations and Deployment team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to Medline's, 60+ sites that consists of distribution and manufacturing sites. This includes support with daily tickets and handling projects based the need. Included with this role it may be asked that the handling of shipments and returns be processed at our Mundelein and Northfield locations. This is a fast-paced role, and it requires flexibility from the associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Obtain packing materials from storage and assembling of pallets.
· Label container, container tags, and products.
· Inspect materials, products, and containers.
· Take proper inventory of received items and make sure every information is well documented
· Maintain work area and equipment in an orderly manner.
· Process tickets in queue and update with proper notes.
· Works with the local branch technicians and branch management in a consistently professional and collaborative way to ensure local branch equipment is properly maintained and optimized
· This position might require to occasionally work in other Chicagoland corporate offices to meet the demands of the business.
· Perform any other required tasks as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ year experience in a similar field or related experience.
· 4+ years of strong troubleshooting skills – Diagnosing problems pertaining to Desktops/Laptops, Laser and Zebra printers, Network, DNS, AD, SCCM and other various components and drivers.
· 4 years customer service experience and can showcase excellent communication with clients, associates, and fellow Leaders
· Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, Zebra and Laser Printers
· Basic understand of using Microsoft Office

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$72,280.00 - $105,040.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
