Create learning content or leverage existing curriculum to deploy either online or instructor-led programs. Design, facilitate and/or deliver training solutions, such as onboarding.Manage training schedule and employee registrations, communications and logistics.Create course materials, order supplies and monitor inventory.Coordinate and maintain multiple knowledge management solutions used by department and employees, including SharePoint, databases, lists, etc.Assist with quality assurance programs and efforts.Track and report attendance and design evaluation surveys.Evaluate post-training skills and abilities; make recommendations regarding employee abilities to perform; develop and conduct retraining programs.Manage data and metrics related to training program effectiveness.Document processes and procedures and continually work to enhance user effectiveness and experience with training offerings.Partners with other colleagues on relevant training materials and programs that advance the key priorities of CX. Participate in a citywide community of Learning Coordinators on system functionality, processes and training support.May contribute to the Learning Management System (LMS), including event and session configuration and course catalog development.May provide technical support and solutions to employees and managers.Provides guidance and support to help ensure compliance with all pertinent policies, laws and regulations.May participate in validation and testing of software releases as they relate to operational technology systems. May assist with researching, developing, organizing, facilitating and evaluating policy, programs and materials.May establish and maintain vendor contracts, expiration dates, and vendor relationships.Monitor training expenditures, invoice payments, and monthly reconciliation.
