Position Summary
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior cleanliness and presentation of the Shoppes at Miller's Property located on Lincoln Highway East in Ronks.The part-time position has flexible hours in the mornings including weekend hours for a total of 20-28 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick up all trash and debris on property. Empty all trash cans. Water flowers and pull weeds in grass areas and flower beds. Sweep and clean all walkways, patios and entrance areas. Clean exterior windows. Some power washing is required. Other duties as directed.
