Established in 1977, we have locations all over Northern California including Sacramento, Grass Valley, Roseville, Stockton, Modesto, Fairfield, Elk Grove, Folsom, Yuba City and Chico. Our physicians are nationally known, and we continue to be on the leading edge of retina care by utilizing the latest equipment and both participating in and designing new clinical trials to advance the state of care for retinal diseases. This is an in-office position, with possibility to move remote after training.
The Patient Collection team is responsible for resolving all outstanding patient balances. Assist patients with setting up payment plans and credit card on file. Assist patients with hardship applications.

Responsibilities
Contact patients to resolve outstanding balances.Answer phone calls from the Patient Collections phone queue.Set up and negotiate PPA plans with patients.Process patient payments.Prepare and send unable to contact letters and demand letters to patients.
