Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors: Greet all guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or area. Allocate security badges and communicate arrival to any appropriate person. Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, take messages, and route calls to the relevant department. Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, confirm appointments, and send reminders. Administrative Tasks: Maintain front desk area cleanliness, manage incoming mail and packages, and update office directories. Customer Service: Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff member. Data Entry: Enter visitor information and maintain accurate records within our database. Company Store Assistance Help staff with purchasing company store items. Keep up to date with inventory records and communicate purchasing needs to keep the store up to stock. Departmental Assistance Various departments might request assistance with small projects that can be completed in the front desk area. This may include data entry, maintaining office supplies, running errands, and more.
