340B Operations Supervisor, First Shift, UCH Business Center (Finance)
UC Health is hiring a Pharmacy 340B Supervisor at the University of Cincinnati's Medical Center.
Under the supervision of the 340B Operations Manager, the 340B Operations Supervisor's primary purpose is to coordinate, oversee and train 340B Analysts and implement practices, programs and services to maximize 340B optimization and compliance. The 340B Operations Supervisor will work with staff in daily functions to achieve 340B Services department goals and program optimization. The 340B Operations Supervisor may also conduct audit verification, referral tracking and monitoring of patients in EPIC at the direction of 340B Operations Manager. Additional tasks and/or Special Projects may also be required to meet 340B Services department needs at the direction of the 340B Operations Manager.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $29.48/hr.- $37.24/hr.
The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant's years of experience, unique skills and abilities, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, and other requirements for the position.
