In this role, you'll develop and execute HR strategies that enhance business performance, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and contribute to Johnsonville's growth goals. Responsibilities:
Coach and influence others to make timely decisions using sound leadership practices, Johnsonville guidelines and legal considerations
Facilitate resolution of member relations issues for Global Headquarters, Technical Center and Trucking
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to ensure the right Member Services (HR) strategies are in place to help meet goals and objectives
Build relationships with senior leadership, influence decision-making, and act as a trusted advisor
Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to support current and future business needs across all sites
Develop retention strategies to promote member engagement, reduce turnover, and foster positive member experience
Facilitate organizational changes by communicating effectively, providing training, and supporting employees through transitions
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate HR metrics and trends to senior leadership
Enhance our operating model by refining the integration of Member Services and Organizational Learning systems to boost the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team and associated processes
Own ADA compliance, member handbook, employment posters and employment law classes
Set up and maintain a centralized database for member policies and procedures related to member services (HR)
Ensure Johnsonville's unique culture continues to thrive and serve as a strategic advantage for the organization - now and in the future
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field required
Master's degree, preferred
HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or PHR, preferred
Experience:
6-8 years of progressive HR experience, required
In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations, required
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
Genuine curiosity with a creative mindset and a passion for innovative problem-solving
Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Skilled at building and nurturing relationships across all levels of the organization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to tell a story with data
Collaborative team player, contributing positively with feedback and a commitment to enhancing the Member Services and Organizational Learning team
Eager to quickly acquire new skills in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
