Sr. Customer Manager, Walmart Seasonal

The Senior Customer Manager, Walmart Seasonal will serve as a direct business partner to the Walmart merchant team, focusing on driving the seasonal confectionery businesses. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering relationships with Walmart merchants, and achieving business performance goals. This position entails full P&L management, forecasting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure long-term success

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work expereince
• 3+ years of customer-facing sales within the CPG space
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with key merchants.
• Previous experience with forecasting and data
• Proficiency in Walmart Luminate, syndicated data tools, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation-building and delivery skills.
• Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to haves

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Previous customer-facing experience with Walmart.
• Business analysis experience spanning multiple functions (e.g., CMI, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) and/or channels

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external Walmart stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage the seasonal sales P&L.
• Develop and implement multi-year sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Proactively plan and execute growth strategies for seasonal confectionery businesses.
